Allen Dodd handled a rather complicated custody/adoption case involving the daughter or our own late daughter. It hinged on involuntarily terminating the parental rights of her deadbeat biological father, who didn't actively contest the case but did not sign off on our request, which would have saved thousands of dollars and many months of effort. Mr. Dodd did extensive investigative and deposition work that easily persuaded the judge of the justice of our case. If you're looking for cut-rate legal work, Mr. Dodd might not be for you.
