About Gary B. Pulitzer

Having practiced family law in Colorado since 1993, I have represented hundreds of clients throughout the Denver metro area. I understand the stress and uncertainty you'll face daily as you make your way through the divorce process and the issues pertaining to child custody and finances. It is my goal to help alleviate some of that stress by genuinely listening to you and understanding your needs. I believe most family law issues can be resolved through negotiation and compromise when you: Understand the legal issues, Focus on your children's best interests, and Maintain realistic expectations of settlement and litigation. I treat all my clients with respect and advocate for them in an intelligent, goal-focused manner, as I educate them about the process and the law. Together we'll strive to achieve your goals as quickly and painlessly as possible, whether through negotiation or litigation.

Gary Pulitzer received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado in 1983, and worked as an entrepreneur before entering law school at Touro College in Huntington, New York. He served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review and received his juris doctorate in 1992. Gary is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer, and he is a member of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and the Jefferson County Bar Association.

Hired Attorney Gary B. Pulitzer

I am so grateful to have found Gary. For the past two years I have been in and out of court and mediation, with a narcissistic ex husband who first tried to take away my parental rights. When that failed, he attempted to punish me financially by refusing to pay the right amount of child support, hiding his true income, and filing endless documents with the court in an attempt to drain what little savings he knew I had. Gary has been by my side through it all. He and his staff have been amazing!

Hired Attorney Gary B. Pulitzer

Gary graciously took on my custody case three months into it after I had to fire a different attorney because he did nothing but mess up my case worse! From the day that Gary accepted my case, he dived in head first and found out every detail there was to know about my case already so that he could start to unravel the mess. Gary is ABSOLUTELY the reason that I have my kids back with me today.
