At Hicks & Funfsinn, PLLC, our Kentucky personal injury attorneys have over 50 years of experience advocating for clients at trial and in courtrooms throughout Central Kentucky and in many of Kentucky’s 120 counties. With offices in Shelbyville, Flemingsburg, Campton, Whitesburg, Harrodsburg and Lexington, our personal injury lawyers are to help. All of our attorneys live in Kentucky, and our personal injury law firm takes pride in the success and well-being of our local community.

You will always work hand-in-hand with experienced personal injury attorneys. Unlike other law firms, your case will not be handled by a “case manager” or an inexperienced associate attorney. Instead, our experienced injury attorneys will meet with you in person and get to know you. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
