Berry Law is an exceptional organization that advocates on behalf of veterans! They were easy to work with and the best thing was, I really didn't have to do much except show up for appointments when necessary. I retired from AD Marine Corps in 2018 and the VA immediately denied all of my claims. When I hired Berry Law in 2019, I was lost in the VA system and had no idea how to battle the VA. Berry Law took me from no VA connection to 100% connection all the way back to my original 2018 claim. Over the years, Berry Law has recouped approximately $120,000 in back pay. I had already submitted eight separate claims with the help of a local VSO, 20 years after service, only to receive 10% for tinnitus. When I started researching trustworthy firms, Berry Law continually came to the top. After giving my contact information, Orron took the time to thoroughly understand my case, come up with a solid strategy, and craft detailed appeals. For instance, he had crafted a 65-page appeal for a rather simple hearing loss claim, substantiating each argument with extensive case law citations. WORDING IS EVERYTHING! This is what Berry Law does! Although some of the appeals did result in conflicted rulings at first, the Berry Law team—Orron, Elias, et al.—persisted until we reached 100% P&T rating. There are no shortcuts in this process; my own effort in attending VA appointments and C&P exams was necessary, but the expertise of Berry Law made the difference. I would highly recommend Berry Law. They are professionals and get you the benefits you deserve.
