This entire team is phenomenal! My husband and I went in lost when considering bankruptcy and were confident and knowledgeable after our consult. Half-way through the bankruptcy I suffered a car accident. Although this wasn't their specialty at the time, they took on both my Personal Injury Claim AND Bankruptcy. Surprisingly, they managed to get me money back and have my medical bills paid when another lawyer said this was impossible. I'm forever grateful to everyone at this practice!

Filing for Bankruptcy is such an overwhelming decision.. We weren't sure what we were looking at. We felt ashamed... insecure... and totally uneducated in the procedure. We were facing lawsuits...etc, as my husband was no longer able to work, and I was laid off my job. As soon as we walked in to The Benenati office, they treated us with respect, and assured us we were going to be fine. Within a short time, they walked us thru the process.... Leaving the office we felt 1000 times lighter.

Hired Law Firm

Due to financial problems, I had to file bankruptcy. The first time I went to see Mr. Benenati I was treated with respect and dignity. Mr. Benenati introduce himself to me and then put me in the capable hands of his staff. They were very kind, patient and answer all my questions. They are true professionals. I would recommend this office to anyone who is in need of filing bankruptcy.

Walter is extremely professional, courteous, and genuinely cares about his clients. After my initial consultation, the fear of "what will life be like after bankruptcy?" was replaced with a calm feeling of "I really am on the road to a fresh start." Walter's staff is also very knowledgeable and professional. My phone calls were always responded to and my emails returned either same day or the next business day. Nothing feels better than a fresh start!
