What to say, what to share.... I hated when my phone rang, it was 95% of the time a collector calling me and harassing me about making a payment at a price I couldn't afford to do and this was happening for several credit cards and other bills that I owed for. I had tried so hard to put this off, tried to make just the minimum payments and it felt like I was in the middle of the ocean treading water just barely. Then the breaking point happens, it is the one thing that drives you to finally make the phone call and make an appointment. As I dialed, I felt sick to my stomach, I felt so low but the office was amazingly helpful. Not once did they pass judgement upon me or make me feel any worse than I already had made myself feel. The first appointment we went over the basic debts I had and assets and things, just the thought of doing this was overwhelming to me because of how I grew up and was always told that bankruptcy was like having the scarlet letter on you. I had been traumatized by an awful previous experience trying to do my bankruptcy with another office (were the person was a paralegal, not an attorney). I lost my money, my time, and almost gave up on the whole thing. Then someone recommended Attorney Benenati. I am so happy I managed to overcame my fear and make an appointment with him. The whole process was very simple and very fast. I was coached all the steps of the way, all my questions and doubts were always addressed promptly and the outcome was exactly what I was hoping for. I rarely give on-line reviews or provide commentary about services as I don't usually have the time or opportunity to do so but the level of service and professionalism I received from this law firm compelled me to do so. Walter himself is a man of compassion, it is truly evident how much he genuinely cares for the well being of his clients.
