had hardship that would be long term for my student loans and he did not take the extra steps necessary to help me get that during my bankruptcy, wanted to charge me an outrageous amount to open a separate case for doing that, after my bankruptcy, which should have been included in my bankrupcty since i do have loans that are going to cause financial hardship for the rest of my life, that is the qualifier for discharging student loans, long term hardship and i felt i met that.

Hard to get an appointment one on one. Will return phone calls promptly, but does not seem to want to meet more than he has to.

I paid $1928.00 and was told not to pay my bills then was asked why didn’t you tell me about this and I said you didn’t ask either way been over a year they’ve asked me if I want to close the case and I asked do I get a refund for money spent and was told no you’ll have a credit with us should you need us in the future so 10 mins of paperwork most of it filled out by me and thats $1928 😂😂😂😂😂😂 go ahead keep the money im sure you need it way more the the guy that went to you for help with a bankruptcy Marone!!
