had hardship that would be long term for my student loans and he did not take the extra steps necessary to help me get that during my bankruptcy, wanted to charge me an outrageous amount to open a separate case for doing that, after my bankruptcy, which should have been included in my bankrupcty since i do have loans that are going to cause financial hardship for the rest of my life, that is the qualifier for discharging student loans, long term hardship and i felt i met that.
