Was refered to Mark Papa for free consult. I fired this guy before I can even get out of the bldg.He was rude.No compassion. Giving me wrong advise as if Im unworthy.Couple of days later he send me a letter that he will not take my case . He put it in a box I can hardly open it.He advise I should apply for a job. What a jerk.

I feel they are only concerned about cash claims, they do not care if there is negligence, fraud or mismanagement of reports. Harrell and Harrell is only concerned about their 30% of the settlement.

Worst experience ever I feel more victimized by my legal team than anybody else. Never spoke heard nor seen my lawyer. Legal assistant is worse she’s lied to me countless times. Their actually holding my settlement for 6 months even though all my medical bills are paid. Fraud of a law firm

I was injured at the paper mill. I was unable to work. The paper mill fired me for my injury. An attorney with the firm took my case. Then he went private, and took my case with him. Then he personally failed to file my case because he said "he had a breakup with his wife". Then Harrell & Harrell hired him back and I wrote them a certified letter to help me recover the medical bills I had to personally pay for. I was without a job and over 50 and had severe injuries. They ignored me.

I was in a car accident and harrell and harrell took my case. I sign the forms which gave them 33 1/3 of my settlement. They Hyped me up telling me it was such a big case,and I had to sign NEW forms saying they get 40%. They continued to tell me what a big case this was and if the company whos driver hit me didn't want to settle for a huge amount,they would add more charges or complaints. At Mediation the first thing they said to me and my wife was, don't expect too much, and DID NOT fight for me!
