Integrity is defined as “doing what is right.” When I first met Renee Harrell she laid out a plan of action regarding the settlement of my daughter’s car accident case. She explained the options and various outcomes of each option. She recommended the option that would be the best for my daughter without her having to incur additional fees going to court. Renee showed a high degree of integrity for doing what was the in the Highest interest of my daughter.

Harrell and Harrell was very professional. I worked with Joan, their legal assistant, and she was very courteous and returned all calls in a timely matter. They worked with doctors in the area to get me the best healthcare that could be provided at no initial cost to me. They strived to get me the best settlement possible. Once a negotiation was reached, Joan helped to expedite the check as we were in the process of leaving town to attend our daughter's wedding. We got the check in time to go.

After Harrell & Harrell had already put in quite a few billable hours they informed us that our case would require a TX-licensed attorney. They provided us with 2 contacts and did not bill us anything at all. Our case would have been worth a considerable sum of money for them if they would have been able to help us with our case. We would not hesitate to avail us of their services should the need arise.

But once my case was transferred to the litigation department, team working my case was excellent.
