I hired Mr. Navarre over 10yrs ago and will not do anything court related without him. I have hired him an estimated 10 times, possibly more since my first case. He works with families financially if needed. He is an excellent attorney, makes people feel safe from intimidation in those cases where there is such. He is very compassionate and cares about his clients, their children and everyone's overall wellbeing. My most recent case was june 2nd 2020 and he was quick, efficient, knew the law and got the job done rightfully so. I've had some challenging cases in the past and my husband as well. Custody cases have been won by my husband with Navarre's knowledge and expertise. I also know other men that have won their divorce/custody cases with Navarre by their side. He truly stands for what is in the best interest of the children and represents this in a court room in a very honest and professional manner. Worth every penny and I cannot recommend a better attorney!
Mr. Navarre was my attorney in a long drawn out custody battle. I truly felt protected sitting next to Phil. He was attentive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. He knows what to say and how to say it. He made sure we got the best outcome possible for my Daughter and I. His Legal Assistant Renae, is just as awesome. Mr. Navarre has been my lawyer for two cases involving the interpretations of my divorce decree . In both cases he was well prepared and thorough in briefs and arguments. Although both cases were intricate and complicated, he made it clear for the judge to understand. He grounded our position in solid statutes. Mr. Navarre was quick to respond to my questions or concerns and attentive to my desired outcome(s).
Did absolutely nothing to help us except show up at court not familiar with case and what he did say was wrong. DO NOT USE!
