What could my boyfriend possibly be charged with if he stole a credit card and attempted to use it at a few stores?

Answered by attorney Stephen Lewis Freeborn (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
Theft, fraud, identity fraud and he could get a separate charge for each time he used the card. The fact that he may not have gotten anything by using the card is immaterial. Fact is, he stole the card. If convicted, strong possibility of doing jail time.

It is very very very unlikely that you would go to jail unless you have a previous record of committing crimes.

How can I expunge a charge of intent to do great bodily harm?

To expunge a charge, it is best to hire a lawyer who can work diligently, personally, and professionally on your behalf. Someone like myself who has over 30 years of experience. Feel free to call me with additional questions regarding your matter.
