You do not provide enough information.  When you say "through the border" does this mean with or without inspection?   Do you have a fear of returning to El Salvador? You should contact an immigration attorney before the meeting on Friday.

In general, one must file a joint Petition to Remove Condition (I-751), based upon continuing to reside together as a married couple, or one must file a Petition to Remove Condition with a request for a waiver of the usual requirement that the I-751 be filed jointly, based upon the existence of a final divorce decree. It would be wise to consult with an immigration attorney about the Removal of Condition (and to a domestic relations attorney about your rights relating to termination of your marriage).

I assume by your facts that your wife either entered the country with the CR-1 visa or she was adjusted to permanent residence through an I-485 process to CR-1. She has the right to travel in and out of the country if she has the approval. If you believe yourself wronged, you can lodge a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security which can begin investigating the situation to see whether revocation or removal proceedings should begin.
