What visa does my sister need to come to the US and take my kids back home?

Brian D. Lerner
Answered by attorney Brian D. Lerner (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Brian D. Lerner
A Visitor Visa will have to be obtained. My firm prepares the application and then sends it directly to the applicant who will then take it to the U.S. Consulate or Embassy for a decision. If done correctly, the issuance of this visa could take less than one month after it is completed. Visitor Visas are quite difficult to obtain. Thus, we would take 1/2 down, but not take the balance unless the Visitor Visa is approved.

How long do I wait and how much will it cost me if I fix my boyfriend’s papers to enter the US?

As long as your boyfriend has never been in the US unlawfully, you can petition for his green card after you have married him in Mexico.

Does my fiance still have a chance to fix papers?

Answered by attorney David L. Leon
Immigration lawyer at David L. Leon, P.C.
I would have to review the file, as I don't know what kind of fraudulent papers your prior lawyer filed. Also, I need to know how the order of removal was achieved, and how many entries without inspection there were. I?m assuming by walking you mean that the fiancee entered the US without inspection. Was this the most recent entry? How many entries total?
