Reviews for John
Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Mr Lawit and his staff are top notch. I had problems with my employer, for 3 years tried to make the green card happen until I hired Mr Lawit. His persistence and attention to detail made my green card dreams possible. Why settle for others when you can have an awesome lawyer who cares about your case? Mr Lawit and his staff reviewed my case, and developed a plan of action that worked. It was an uphill battle, and my employer was not too cooperative. My case was stuck for two and a half years with no end in site. Mr Lawit and his staff went above and beyond what can be reasonably expected of a lawyer in a case like mine, which convinced me that they truly care about my case and the challenges that I was facing. With expert guidance they brought me through every hurdle, and provided encouragement when the road seemed arduous. Mr Lawit and his staff are dedicated, professional, compassionate and trustworthy. I would not trust anyone else with my immigration needs. Excellent!
I had reached out to several different attorneys in Albuquerque and they all told me I needed to pay for a consultation, question and answer session. But among all Mr. Lawit reached out to me personally, not only answered my questions but also assured me that there wouldn't be any concerns. I could obviously see that it wasn't a matter of money for him. I hired him a few months later and he and his team were on top of my case. EXCELLENT communication and processing. After I received my conditional permanent resident card and while I was going through abuse, Mr. Lawit assured me that the Immigration office is understanding of such situations and made sure I was safe. His consultation helped me gain the courage to leave an abusive situation. He applied for the removal of condition on my case & it got approved without even an interview required. Mr. Lawit treated me like he would have treated his daughter in such situation. He is very compassionate, trustworthy and determined to HELP!
I have visited USA on tourist visa stuck to my Indian passport or on UN Blue passport at least two dozen times. In 2008, I gave up my US Green Card in 2008 but did not keep a copy of I-407 form. In 2019, when I applied for a US tourist visa, it was put on hold for want of a copy of I-407. It was John who procured a copy of it from US HomeLand, which led to my getting a US visa eventually. I did the right thing of hiring John to help me out. It worked.
John Lawit, his assistant Elizabeth and the rest of the team did an amazing job, they worked on the preparation of the case tirelessly, the communication level was exceptional. After finally meeting with them in person I felt welcome. They are polite, patient they listen to all our questions very attentive. I highly recommend John Lawit and his team to represent anyone with any immigration related issue.
