I-130 with consular processing and waiver, or , leave on a DACA travel permit and get paroled back in and do 130/485 package. These are two options. It is very complex. I highly recommend you use a Board Certified immigration lawyer.

The N-400 form requests that applicants fill in all offenses including speeding tickets and so that is needed to be mentioned.
