There is not enough detail here to make a reliable determination. A review of your resume or CV would help. There are hints of national interest waiver eligibility here, but we would need to know more about your education, work history, and scholarship.

Hello. It depends where he's at now and how he was returned to his home country each time. Normally, when a person is officially deported and returns illegally to the US he is barred from receiving any immigration benefit until he has 10 years outside of the US and upon approval of a waiver. Please contact me to determine how soon your husband can come back legally to the US.

*Derivative Citizenship* In some cases, people are U.S. Citizens and do not know it. In this case, it is possible for us to file what is known as a Derivative Citizenship Petition. It is a petition that if approved, will give proof of U.S. Citizenship. There is a significant amount of evidence that would be required for this type of petition, but if done properly, there is a reasonable chance of success.
