Do the 3 years of becoming U.S Citizen starts counting on the day I got marriage to the U.S. Citizen or the day I had my green card?

The day you got your green card. To apply under the tree year rule, you need to still be with your US citizen spouse from time you received your green card (either the conditional or permanent card) until the time your naturalization process is completed. If you first received conditional status (2 year card), you need to file for the removal of the condition. Most of my clients received the conditional status first, the file for the removal of the condition, and finally, they are eligible by the time the condition has been removed.
