Tomi has worked with some of the most prestigious law firms in the country, including in the New York offices of Troutman Pepper, advising and representing clients in high-profile financial services litigation as well as securities and regulatory investigations at state, federal, and international levels. His expertise encompasses corporate internal investigations, enforcement, white-collar crime, government investigations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters, corporate governance as well as international trade and policy.
Tomi’s previous experience as a regulator at the New York State Department of Financial Services, an in-house counsel at a major foreign bank and a senior advisor to the Federal Government of Nigeria provides him with unique and insightful perspectives in dealing with regulatory agencies. Tomi also draws on experience representing insurers, employers, and third-party administrators against a variety of workers’ compensation claims.
