Yes. As long as you marry your US citizen boyfriend before your kids turn 18 years old, he can petition for them as his immediate relatives.

How do I prove that meeting my fiance before my request to come to the US is a hardship?

What is the reason you have not met thus far? More information is needed. This is the reason you should be working with an attorney. The bar to show hardship to waive the in person meeting requirement for K1 visas is very high.

Do I need a sponsor so she can get her paper to be with me in the US?

Answered by attorney Myron Russell Morales (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Quan Law Group, PLLC
If you can show enough money on your last tax return, then you can be the sole sponsor. If not, then you will need to find a co-sponsor. A co-sponsor can be any US citizen or lawful permanent residence who makes the requisite amount of money according to the U.S. Poverty Guidelines.
