How can I apply for an I94 document and how much?

Answered by attorney Alena Shautsova
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Alena Shautsova
You cannot just apply for an I 94. It might be available to those who have relatives in the military. Speak with an attorney. If you need to restore your record, it is a different issue.

What steps do I need to take to get my husband back?

Answered by attorney Francis John Cowhig (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. The short answer is that you will need to file I-485 and supporting documents. You may also need to file a waiver.

Will I be able to take my wife with me?

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
For your wife to immigrate with you, she will have to go through a formal application process of submitting forms and documents to the consulate. Then a request for a visa number must be sent to the Department of State, and the visa number received before your wife can be seen for an interview at the consular post. If you wish her to go with you, you will have to delay your departure until she is processed for her immigrant visa. Whether the counselor pose can accommodate you with a faster schedule depends upon the discretion of the post.Due to the limitations of the Lawyers.com Forums, Alan Lee, Esq.'s (the "Firm") participation in responding to questions posted herein does not constitute legal advice, nor legal representation of the person or entity posting a question.
