Hired Attorney

Dennis McEvoy botched my cousin's estate so badly the judge removed him, reprimanded him, & denied his legal fees. He's a terrible attorney. Excerpts from the Judge's April 2022 written decision- "misconduct and mishandling of estate assets", "estate funds that McEvoy misapplied to pay utilities", "late filing of estate income tax returns" "failed to transfer the property to COARC for almost two years", "McEvoy significantly delayed transferring title...to COARC and...wrongfully used estate funds to pay for utilities", "McEvoy's commissions must be offset" "late filing of the returns" "resulting in...interest charges", "McEvoy was derelict in the performance of his duties to the estate, McEvoy mishandled decedent's estate assets","negligently depleted estate assets...filed to timely file the estate tax returns for tax years 2014, 2017, and 2018, dilatory conduct and mismanagement in carrying out his executor duties, Court finds significant mismanagement, failed to follow he law"

Hired Attorney

Dennis primarily works in a family hardware store. He is impossible to reach-32 calls for one response. He drafted an illegal will, according to the probate judge. I would not use this lawyer!!!!
