Hired Attorney

Hired for an arbitration, Mr. Hoover provided decision that was a lose-lose for both parties and to further add insult his decision contradicted stipulated facts, facts stipulated by both parties as being undisputed and true. If you are looking for a arbitrator who cannot interpret the law and ignores stipulated facts, Mr. Hoover is right for you.
