Took them over a YEAR AND A HALF to see they were representing another party involved in the accident and couldn’t represent either of us. Guss passed my case to another attorney that wasn’t great. Then they switched me over to another firm, where that attorney got fired and I had to switch lawyers yet again. My settlement was a joke.
This guy partners with Gibson and Hill injury attorneys in Houston, Gibson is red flagged for being a crooked lawyer back in 2014 and he's still currently on probation. Now when I hired them in February 2019 a lot of shady things were going on. I was rear ended in college station, they settled after 3 years just about a month ago, and told me all I get is about $200 because I have a pending felony case, what does that have to do with anything?
I hired the Law Firm of Attorney Guss. It has been a year. I last received a call two days after Christmas from a gentleman stating that it would take two week to get a claim from the adjuster. Two weeks later I called to speak with Karen who took over from Irma. She was at lunch. I received a text stating negotiations were on going. I call ever week. Nobody will answer me or call back. Everytime I call the person is either at lunch or out of the office. If you advertise client first do it.
