The Law Office of David Nguyen, PC serves both individuals and employers in a variety of ways. Although many law firms deal with several practice areas, our firm has decided to limit our practice to a few areas of law related to our client’s needs. By focusing our practice to a few areas, we are better able to help our clients.

Attorney Nguyen has worked as an Attorney for private law firms and non-profit organizations, as well as Corporate Counsel for several multi-million dollar corporations. After handling hundreds of cases, Attorney Nguyen realized that professional and quality legal services were not readily available for the average person or small businesses. For this reason, Attorney Nguyen opened his law practice dedicated for this specific purpose. Attorney Nguyen believes that his experience in the corporate world will allow him the opportunity to provide knowledgeable legal assistance to his clients. Attorney Nguyen is licensed by The Supreme Court of Texas to practice in all Courts of the State of Texas.

David Nguyen helped with the removal of the conditions on my green card. I would 100% recommend his law office for the processing immigration documents he was very clear, friendly and very quick to respond! I am amazed by the quality of his service, organization and I cannot stress how responsive he was to my e-mails, he always responded the same day, which was very reassuring and important especially with all of the government changes that have taken place. Thank you for everything!

David is an expert in the area of immigration. He not only understands the letter and the spirit of the law, but is also able to communicate the same using practical examples applicable to your case. He went above and beyond his call of duty in my case and I am pretty sure my case got approved faster and without any hurdles, thanks to his efforts. I have also used his services a couple of other times for areas outside immigration and he performed an excellent job. I highly recommend him !
