Property management tried to scam me for thousands of dollars for a pipe that burst during a freeze prior to me moving in. I presented all the facts to several lawyers and they agreed I should not pay. I chose Ahlgren finally after seeing how professional his team handled my intake process. He was very confident in wining the case but also helped field settlement negotiations. After settlement negotiations fell through we went to court and won our case. Very happy I chose him and didn’t settle.

Over the past three years I have trusted attorney Greg Ahlgren with not one, not two, but three property-tax increase protests on my land here in Texas. Each time Greg stepped into the ring, he faced a county bureaucracy that is poorly run at best and downright corrupt at worst, yet he still came out swinging for my interests and got results that most recently cut $50k off of my home's assessed value. Greg does not just file paperwork and call it a day. He digs into every detail, gathers solid evidence, keeps me in the loop, and shows up at hearings with everything buttoned up tight. He always made an effort, even with after-hours questions.
