para-legals do most of the work. noticed lot of errors. John responds to email very quickly and is precise with his answers.
In my experience this attorney firm is not responsive to needs of it clients. It offers poor quality service and no value for your money. I will advise you to search another attorney for your immigration related work.
I would not recommend Mr. Perez. Although he is knowledgeable about immigration, he was unpleasant to deal with. He was aggressive, over-bearing and rude. He appears to do the bare minimum and does not care about his client’s needs.
The people that work at this office know nothing about immigration. We have repeatedly been given forms that are missing vital pieces of information or given inaccurate advice. We have spent thousands of dollars flying to the Canada/US border only to be turned away because of the complete and utter incompetence of this firm.
They worked for my work permit renew and the petition.
they didn't filed application up to the last week and
finally i got my permit just before driver license
expired. They never explained the petition denied and didn't want to communicate with me. I had really poor experience with this law firm.
He raped my 19 year old friend after he roofied her. She woke up naked with blood coming out her in extreme pain in both ends. She never even went to his hotel room, he roofied her downstairs and she did whatever he wanted because she didn’t know what was happening. He is an old pedophile slimebag. He also does money laundering. He takes advantage of illegal aliens with threats & abuse.
Engaged this firm for H1B visa for one of our employees. They did not file the visa application timely despite our firm having provided all the documentation requested. As such, they failed to obtain the H1B visa. During this process they were not communicative nor responsive. They required prepayment and then returned only a portion of the prepaid retainer. Maybe others have had better experiences with this firm but for our part we would not recommend them.
Did the very bare minimum for the $10K that I spent. Her associates are completely useless and incapable of gathering documents and submitting properly. I gave them all documents needed, and yet they keep asking me for clarification, when answers are all in the documents. Most importantly, the associates completely ignored to include my current step father's information in the I-130 Supplemental, when the attorney told me that they will. There are also 3 stacks of repeated files in the final submission. Numerous rookie mistakes that shouldn't happen in a renowned law firm. The associates are completely unqualified for their job.
