The Tolbert family settled in the area of Carroll, Patrick and Floyd County in 1805. Tim Tolbert is a native of Carroll County and has been in practice since October 1987. Andrea Tolbert joined the firm in 2009.

My friend, a college student from Taiwan, needed a lawyer to represent him in court for a speeding ticket. He had to go back to Taiwan before the court date and didn't want to have "a record".
