My realtor suggested I utilize Tolbert & Tolbert, LLP to assist with the purchase of my vacation home. Mr. Tolbert and his staff were knowledgeable and helpful guiding my wife and I through the closing process. When a title issue arose regarding a right-of-way, Mr. Tolbert was able to identify the problem and address it prior to closing. I highly recommend this office.
