We limit our practice to injury law in order to best serve our clients. The focus of our practice is on representing people who have suffered catastrophic injuries, such as brain damage, amputations, nerve damage or death, due to someone else's wrongful conduct, whether such conduct arose in the context of medical malpractice or professional malpractice, an unsafe construction site, a defective product, dangerous premises, an auto accident, a tractor-trailer accident, a motorcycle accident ... or any of the countless other ways in which people are injured through no fault of their own.

Working with Mr. Kennett was a pleasurable experience. He came highly recommended from a friend, and he delivered on the expectations. We contacted Ed (Ted) after an automobile accident. From the time we contacted him we never had to deal with pushy insurance adjusters again. Actually we didn't have to deal with any paperwork or telephone calls regarding the accident again. Ted is an exceptional and compassionate person. I was referred to Ted by my personal lawyer because of his experience in injury law. I hated going through my lawsuit, but Ted made it as easy as possible for me. He was always sensitive to the pain I and my family were going through, and provided comfort throughout the process. I never felt Ted was interested in the amount of the settlement, simply concerned in helping in getting a gentle closure. I will always think of Ted as a friend.
