We limit our practice to injury law in order to best serve our clients. The focus of our practice is on representing people who have suffered catastrophic injuries, such as brain damage, amputations, nerve damage or death, due to someone else's wrongful conduct, whether such conduct arose in the context of medical malpractice or professional malpractice, an unsafe construction site, a defective product, dangerous premises, an auto accident, a tractor-trailer accident, a motorcycle accident ... or any of the countless other ways in which people are injured through no fault of their own.

Consulted Attorney Nancy J. Mizerak M.D., J.D.

This woman and her gatekeeper Maggie were thoroughly lacking in compassion or enthusiasm. She was recommended to me by Dave Moellman because she is an MD and has experience with disabilities related to domestic and sexual violence. Instead of listening to my account, or looking at the information I do have for my case, she and her frighteningly cold hearted assistant Maggie made a big deal about a physical function report om headaches. Headaches are a part of my disability to work as the result of repeated concussions due to Domestic Violence, along with brain trauma and CPTSD from a life of trauma. But that was all secondary to this headache assessment they insisted on. I was fortunately able to emotionally regulate enough to cause Maggie to feel ashamed. Which she should. There is nothing quite like describing a history such as mine to a bored and cruel person. Ms. Mizerak is an apt name for this cruel human being.

The lawyer I had I had to contact throughout the 2 1/2 year ordeal which wouldget reply but only to say it takes time. I never been through this so when out of the blue years later I finally get a call I was so tired of waiting I said what I would settle for but being from poverty my entire life what I thought was slot he responded I can get you twice that. A week later I had check for the pittiful amount I asked now 6 years after accident I have excruciating pain in area injured with recourse. I chose KBG for their experience but they shared none with me my file sat till negotiation time and allowed me to sabatoge my own case from my ignorance I hope next person they will be more hands on not expect to to make money from taking case and having two calls in three years. The lawyer I had was very condisending also when getting check saying "apparently you need the money more then we do" the law experience with them hurts more then the injury and they don't care we are just a check.!!!!
