J. Allen Fiorletta has been an attorney since 1988 and has practiced in Grand Rapids since 2000. Mr. Fiorletta's career path began as an associate attorney in Michigan's largest and most prestigious law firm after graduating at the top of his law school class. Allen started his own Firm in 1991. Allen's clients and cases have made local, state and national headlines. Prior to becoming an attorney Allen served in the U.S. Marine Corps. After becoming an attorney Allen also served as a firefighter in East Grand Rapids. Allen was award Michigan Businessman of the Year in 2005 and Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year in 2007. Allen Helped my case by extending my situation that was pending with the prosecutor for more time allowing myself to get what was needed for a really good deal with the prosecutor vs what would have happen with a traffic violation if it was not worked out between the two. It was great working with him, He always answered my calls or texts and answered any questions I had. Allen is the attorney you want to have for your case if you want the best results.

I am an Attorney licensed in other states. I needed an Attorney to represent my son in Michigan. Mr. Fiorletta accepted my son's case. He did an amazing job. He even spoke to me about the case late on a Saturday evening. I was very impressed with his knowledge, negotiating skills, and professionalism. Got a ticket as a CDL Driver was worried about it. After talking to him he put me at ease, handle the case ticket was voided. So worth the money and time to get it done plus he responded on my calls right away and if we missed each he left a message or texted me so communication is good!

I came to Allen in pretty rough shape with a surprise divorce dropped in my lap while on vacation. First of all, he helped assure me that everything was going to be alright, and I could stop my panic. From there he collected the appropriate information and responded in a timely manner to her attorney. He was the perfect balance of getting this resolved without rushing the process. When initial mediation failed, Allen recommended another Mediator that was much better and ultimately got us to the finish line. I do not think I could have had a better experience. His years of experience show clearly in his professional, yet forthcoming demeanor. Allen is the attorney you want if you want to win.

I needed to seek out an attorney that was knowledgeable with VA benefits in divorce and out-of-state divorces with children. I noticed that Allen was once affiliated with the Marines as I was and after speaking with him on the phone I was sold. My divorce was supposed to be pretty easy but, do to some family health issues and a ex that didn't respond to anything it got a little nerve wrenching at times. However, I did not get down for long as Allen was quick to push all in and force my ex's hand or she would get nothing. My case should be done tomorrow and I am very pleased with Allen's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and retain Allen before your soon to be ex spouse does.
