My case was somewhat more complicated than most because I did not meet the means test, yet needed Chapter 7. Three other lawyers had looked at my situation and each said, "Chapter 13." Jeff was the fourth lawyer I visited and he took the time to listen to why I thought I could qualify for Chapter 7. Our first meeting was almost two hours but by the end he said, "OK, it's going to be close but we'll take you as a seven." Great in every in every way. Responsive staff, too.

He was courteous and explained the entire process to us step by step even as we were in the courtroom. Since we were not the first case, he took the opportunity to use the first few people called to tell us what was happening as it was happening. We were well prepared by the time our turn came around. They were very courteous and very comforting.
