Hired Attorney

DO NOT HIRE, I wish. I had checked his reviews before I wasted my time, he sent a solicitation for representation in June, it is November almost and John has done absolutely other than lie. He became irate when I questioned why he had not spoken to the DA regarding a dismissal. He told the judge we reviewed the discovery, we did not. Discovery was provided in July I did not get to review it until September. He told me to make an appointment to come to his office to go over the discovery, he then sends an email what else is there to review we have been over everything. How about the inconsistencies in the victims recollection of the events. He told me when I finally did get him to listen to the door cam and police body cam, he says oh yea I heard her say I wish she had come in my house. He refunded my money to avoid a bar complaint. He will still get one.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
