In 1980, Jack J. Fine founded the firm, which is now known as Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A. Our firm is a medium-sized plaintiff's law firm providing individualized service to people injured by the negligence of others in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, products liability cases and other personal injury matters.

I am a long time resident of Gainesville and have seen and heard commercials for Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano for a number of years! Paul tells me nothing but good things about Jack and the law firm, and says as JR always says "that while he hopes I never have to use a personal injury attorney, if I do that it should be the attorneys at Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano!" Paul says that they understand the concept of a personal touch and always being able to speak with and even meet with an attorney at anytime I feel like I need to. As a small business owner myself I appreciate that, and would hire them if the need arises!!
