In 1980, Jack J. Fine founded the firm, which is now known as Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A. Our firm is a medium-sized plaintiff's law firm providing individualized service to people injured by the negligence of others in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, products liability cases and other personal injury matters.

Jack Fine is a phenomenal lawyer with the client's best interest at heart. Mr. Fine's experience and vast knowledge of the legal system proved evident in my case reaching a settlement before trial, as the big insurance companies were no match for his expertise. Julie is a smart, competent, and tinatious lawer. Also very sweet and kind. Absolutely loved working with her. She made the process fun. There are a lot of layers in Gainesville who claim they are the best but Julie is hands down the best choice.

I was new to the area when I was rear-ended at a stop light. I was referred to FF&P by a friend of my parents. I met with Cherie Fine, she listened patiently, explained the way things worked here in FL, and made sure I was seen by a doctor. I feel like the settlement I received was fair, and they were always willing to answer all my questions and Natalie made sure I understood everything. I hope I don't have to, but should I need an attorney, I would definitely call them again.
