In 1980, Jack J. Fine founded the firm, which is now known as Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A. Our firm is a medium-sized plaintiff's law firm providing individualized service to people injured by the negligence of others in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, products liability cases and other personal injury matters.

This was our first experience using a law firm. I wasn’t sure what to expect, we were treated like family. JR and Ana were both wonderful to work with. They answered our questions and explained how the process works (no matter how many times we asked). I appreciate their hard work in helping my Mom get a settlement for her accident. They responded quickly and treated my Mom as if she were their only client. Ana was so helpful in helping us obtain all the necessary documents and we really appreciate everything that was done for us by Ana and JR. Once again we thank you and your firm.

Hired Attorney Jonathan Ramsey

After I had a bad bike crash from a fault in a Gainesville street, I contacted a very notable law firm here but those attorneys failed to respond after an initial acknowledgement. Although that firm finally got back to me, I gave them up and chose another firm more or less at random - same ZIP code decision. That was Fine, Farkash. Their associate Jonathan Ramsey returned my call immediately and was on the case just as fast. My case was fairly complicated as responsibility for that bit of broken pavement was divided between several governing authorities. So the case involved considerable investigation as well as litigation and negotiation. At every juncture in all this, whether or not there was any progress, Ramsey kept me fully and regularly informed, adding extremely valuable counsel and advice along the way as well. The settlement also came to about 3 times what I expected. Bravos all around.

Attorney Fine and his team did not guaranteed us success, instead to present our case on its merits. Even though we hired them after we filed our case , they took our case, used their financial resources ( knowing that they could loose their investment), and fought for us.
