In 1980, Jack J. Fine founded the firm, which is now known as Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A. Our firm is a medium-sized plaintiff's law firm providing individualized service to people injured by the negligence of others in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, products liability cases and other personal injury matters.

Three years ago my families lives were changed dramatically after my husband was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Having no idea what to do or how to proceed we turned to Cherie Fine for help and guidance. It was the best decision we ever made. From day one she made us feel comfortable and confident with the process and explained the journey that was now ahead of us. We had our case come to a favorable conclusion and are so grateful for all the support and help we received from the staff at Fine Farkash and Parlapiano. Everyone was always willing to answer all our questions and always fought for what was best for us. They aren’t just there to make money but want to make sure you get the medical care you need. We are so glad we had them to help guide us through this terrible ordeal. Special thanks to our team Cherie, Natalie, Sheila and Shelly! Hopefully, we never have to go through something like this again, but if we do we will definitely be turning to Cherie Fine for help.

Cherie Fine and Natalie did a fantastic job on my case. They stayed in touch with me and explained the everything along the way. The at-fault company settled quickly but had to fight with my insurance company. They fought hard against them to get me the most of my UM benefits that I had paid into for years. Thank you both!

They went above and beyond to make sure I was first and foremost taken care of physically - something the insurance companies did not do, helped me navigate that process and then advocated for me to make sure the best outcome was had.
