Board Certified Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, Stuart, Port St. Lucie, and throughout Florida.

Mr. Garland has defended serious accusations in federal and State courts since 1981. He has been board certified by The Florida Bar in criminal trial law since 1989. He commonly appears in federal courts for the United States Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He appears regularly for State trial courts along the Treasure Coast, Palm Beach and Brevard Counties. He handles criminal appeals and post conviction relief matters in all Florida District Courts of Appeal and in the Florida Supreme Court.

All persons appearing in these courts should expect to receive equal justice under law. Whether innocent, falsely accused or guilty, each person is entitled to the protections of the United States Constitution and the Florida Constitution. These basic rights include the rights to jury trial, presumption of innocense, right to remain silent, confrontation and due process. Mr. Garland works tirelessly to see that constitutional protections are faithfully followed in every case.

Hired Attorney Jeffrey Garland Esq.

I was recommended to Jeffrey Garland by two other law firms based on his particular experience of defending clients who were accused of sex offenses. I was planning a possible move to Florida and was simply looking for advice as to whether it would be to my advantage to stay where I am or try to tackle the the difficult legal issues that people must face in the state of Florida after retirement and frankly for the rest of their lives. Mr. Garland answered all my questions professionally, honestly, and didn't rush our conversation for the sake of his schedule. I strongly suggest anyone who needs an intelligent and caring defender of their case to seek his counsel.
