Expensive but you get what you pay for so I can't complain.
I was recommended this attorney by a friend, but what came later I did not expect. My friend ended up having to gain another attorney, as he was going after R.Mildner, after spending a large sum of money that seemed to lead to nothing, but for myself, it was too late. I had already hired. He never answered his phone, or email, and it became a constant dragging inward of a case that should have been done and over with in half the time. Now I am wondering if I will have to do the same. I would str clear.
We started this case 3 yrs ago. We had 2 promissory notes in default totaling around $50,000. She had me bring in every invoice, fax, notes, etc. on this person who had done business with us for over 5 years. I spent ALOT of time putting this together. She called at first to ask stupid questions that was in the info. given. I never heard from her again. I had to call her secretary for status reports. 3 years and over $13,000. later. We are worse off now then before in being able to collect.
