Attorney Andrew Sholtes is a Stuart, Florida native who graduated magna cum laude from Florida International School of Law. His dedication to academics and rigorous study of Florida law has provided him with a unique opportunity to give back to the community that inspired him.

As a member of the Florida Bar, Attorney Sholtes has built a law firm that tailors its practice to personal injury. As an attorney with the Willie Gary Law Group, he spent time working under one of the country’s best trial lawyers on personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, complex commercial litigation and tobacco cases. The thread that runs through his firm’s focus is a commitment to protecting the rights and interests of Martin and Saint Lucie county community members. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
