I am an attorney myself, and we found his office through a referral made by a colleague of mine. The colleague described David Kim as an attorney who will fight for his clients and is not afraid to speak up in and out of court. Our case had a slight wrinkle that made it difficult for us to predict the outcome of our case. Other immigration attorneys described our case as unusual and difficult, but David Kim was eager to take on the challenge and said he would try his best. I had a very difficult case of I-601 waiver. David explained everything to me in full details. He is meticulous and precise.
