Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Working with this lawyer was great experience after many interviewed. David K.S. Kim has done incredible work for me. Through it all he and his office members remained working hard one the case which was really difficult to help achieve the best possible outcome.
Thanks to David for helping me getting through the issue of falling out of statue. His experience in NPT application offered a final solution on how I can regain my lawful statue. I'm glad that we've hired David as our lawer and I'm really appreaciate his professional work and earnest manner.
I am an attorney myself, and we found his office through a referral made by a colleague of mine. The colleague described David Kim as an attorney who will fight for his clients and is not afraid to speak up in and out of court. Our case had a slight wrinkle that made it difficult for us to predict the outcome of our case. Other immigration attorneys described our case as unusual and difficult, but David Kim was eager to take on the challenge and said he would try his best. On top of that, immigration made a mistake that put our whole case into jeopardy. Despite these major hiccups, David Kim used his resources to make sure that the mistake was reversed and got our case back on track, eventually giving us the best outcome (approval for a green card). While other immigration attorneys would have suggested to refile and start all over, David Kim was adamant getting our case sorted out with immigration within a matter of two weeks. He ultimately saved us money and time.
Great lawyer and team. He is always knowledgeable and responsive. He analyzed my case in all scenarios. And see what we can do and what cannot do for each situation. He answered all my questions and concerns very professionally. Definitely recommend David Kim!
I'm so thankful to David Kim and his team. I had a great result recently. It was very very tough case but David Kim worked really well and his team was always well prepared. He's knowledgeable and experienced. If there is anyne who needs help on their immigration case I highly recommend David Kim.
Attorney David Kim's team is SO prompt and organized. We loved that they kept copies of all correspondences and followed up with us through each step of our immigration process. They also outlined everything that we needed to do clearly so that everything went smoothly. Attorney Kim is also compassionate and gives his clients all the attention that they would want and need. The best!
I cannot see anyone could ever replace David to be my lawyer. Responsiveness and follow ups are on point and cannot ask for any better. It has been a pleasure to work David and his team. David looked out for my best interest and ultimately won my case. I highly recommend David and his winning team to anyone.
Since he got straight to the point, there were rarely any confusion between us. He was easy to understand and made the law more simpler for me to comprehend. Even though my case was in a difficult situation, he didn't panic and never showed lack of confidence. Seeing his personality, it made me feel at ease. Thanks to him, I successfully got my Green Card.
I, we want to give to INFINITE Thanks the excellent and extraordinary professional, to lawyer DAVID KIM . We had a VERY DIFFICULT CASE and thank to God and to the DAVID KIM, and all his staff, my husband, Maxi, already has his permanent residence of the UU.EE. The lawyer Kim is A BRIGHT Lawyer and with A GREAT PROFESSIONAL ETHIC . we assure you that Kim will do an excellent work with the best results. Because we are witnesses to that. THANKS DAVID KIM from the bottom of our hearts.
My former attorney's malpractices led USCIS to finally reject my son's green card application years ago. People including lawyers said there’s nothing I can do. Mr. David Kim proposed the most effective approaches to my son's case. He not only powerfully argued why USCIS has to overturn their decision but also tried to persuade the officers with heartfelt approaches. Finally, my son received his green card recently. It was truly a miracle and life-saving outcome I hardly imagined before.
