Hired Attorney Jacob Markin

I had been told by another firm that I had no chance to get a good (fair) settlement. Jacob at RoopLaw took my case, worked with the "opposing" team (including a vindictive ex) and without even having to go to court got a really fair agreement. My ex said if he knew about Jacob he would have hired him first!

Hired Attorney Jacob Markin

My ex and I never agree on things, especially when it comes to the kids. We had a pretty ugly child visitation battle going on when Mr. Markin picked up my case. He understood what was important - the kids - even when I lost sight of that, and helped us settle on a great plan. It's been several months and my ex even agrees that things are working out due to Mr. Markin! Our g.a.l. (court appointed advocate) has also commented on how great he was. I did not get everything I first asked for, but got what I needed and the solution is much better for the kids (he was so honest with me!). Mr. Markin is probably the smartest person I have ever met, but is so humble and caring that you almost forget that. If all lawyers were like him, the profession would not have the reputation it does have. Bless you sir!

Hired Attorney Jacob Markin

Working with Mr. Markin was amazing. He handled all of our issues as they arose, and worked toward a great and fair outcome. The empathy he shows is so critical when emotions arise, and the professionalism was great. Compared to the other sides attorneys, Mr. Markin stood head and shoulders above. While I hope never to have similar issues again, I would recommend him in a heartbeat

Hired Attorney Scott Surovell

Facing bleak prospects following a DWI arrest I put my trust in Scott Surovell. Long story short, prosecution was forced to drop charges after Scott raised inconsistencies casting doubt on the eventual outcome of my case. At expungement hearing prosecution opposed my petition but Scott dismantled opposing argument in short order leaving prosecution without an effective rebuttal. Judge ruled in our favor. It was an effective display of tough, effective advocacy by an attorney for his client.

There was never a time Jason Zellman did not respond in a more than reasonable time. Even when he was either ill or on vacation, he responded and gave us the assistance we needed.{para}Jason was thorough, explained all aspects of our issues clearly so that we felt fully informed. Hired Attorney Scott Surovell

Scott Surovell saved my life! I was charged with a DUI and facing 5 days in jail,misdemeanor,suspended/restricted license for a year, ASAP, huge insurance costs,etc. I really panicked! I thought my personal and professional lives were over. Scott was very knowledgeable about case law, and the circumstances in my case. He never waivered in his support for me. After 5 continuances we finally went to trial against an aggressive DA. Scott rocked in trial and charges were dismissed.Forever grateful!
