Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Facing bleak prospects following a DWI arrest I put my trust in Scott Surovell. Long story short, prosecution was forced to drop charges after Scott raised inconsistencies casting doubt on the eventual outcome of my case. At expungement hearing prosecution opposed my petition but Scott dismantled opposing argument in short order leaving prosecution without an effective rebuttal. Judge ruled in our favor. It was an effective display of tough, effective advocacy by an attorney for his client.
Scott Surovell saved my life! I was charged with a DUI and facing 5 days in jail,misdemeanor,suspended/restricted license for a year, ASAP, huge insurance costs, etc. I really panicked! I thought my personal and professional lives were over. Scott was very knowledgeable about case law, and the circumstances in my case. He never waivered in his support for me. After 5 continuances we finally went to trial against an aggressive DA. Scott rocked in trial and charges were dismissed.Forever grateful!
Mr. Surovell is accessible, articulate and extremely effective in the courtroom. He offered excellent advice and fought hard for me and won my case. I'm grateful for his counsel.
Mr. Surovell isn't just any attorney; he's an individual person who actually cares about making a difference in the lives of everyday people and in-turn, the world. He's direct, honest, and respectable. Bottomline, my life would not be the same without Mr. Surovell advocating for me in a way that I could not do for myself. I had faith in him and every other prospective client out there should too. It will be your biggest mistake yet if you need an attorney and don't choose Scott Surovell.
Scott is one of the finest lawyers around. He possesses a keen intellect, the highest integrity and served my family as more than just a lawyer, but rather, as a counselor in the highest sense of the word.
I needed a homeowners rights and personal injury attorney to protect my family from my condo association's harassment that forced my wife to attempt to commit suicide. I thought Mr. Surovell was the right attorney according to his website because many homeowners associations law attorneys did not take individual cases. When I contacted him, He told me to give him more details, so I did it. Since then, he did not follow up for about 3 weeks even though I contacted his assistants again and again.
