Hired Attorney

I think that Donald Bicknell is a well-educated lawyer that does care for his clients, however, I just think he isn't assertive enough when it comes to actually winning a case; in my particular case he got run over by the other parties' lawyer. She was more aggressive and it worked to her advantage.
