What do I do if she wants to file taxes separate while we are still married?

You should talk to a tax lawyer or a CPA about this. If you're separated, it seems you ordinarily wouldn't file joint tax returns. You need to speak to a tax expert.

How do I acquire my divorce decree and the transcripts of my divorce and judge's rulings?

Answered by attorney Loren Paul Zahn (Unclaimed Profile)

Go to the court that issued the Judgment and request a copy of what you are looking for from the file. Transcripts are usually kept by the department that governs the court reporters. Check with the court to find out how to get the transcripts.
