Marshal Oldman was referred to me by Public Counsel because I previously hired 4 attorneys that refused to expose Fraud Issues in my Probate Matter. Mr. Oldman passed me over to one of his partners and she then passed mo over to an associate. They did not litigate matters that would have saved my Family Home. Both the partner and the associate in my opinion intentionally conspired with the administrators representative to keep the court from knowing that I had no standing in the estate.

Sarah Talei represented me in 2011- 2012 because a Senior Partner in her Firm passed me to her. Miss Talei did not inform me about the change of counsel. I gave the Senior Partner all of the important evidence showing Fraud in my Probate Matter. Miss Talei tried to convince me that a Stipulation Agreement that had no Enforceable Court Order and a Irrevocable Assignment of Benefits could not be litigated. Ms. Talei caused me to loose my Family Home. Ms. Talei is a terrible attorney!

Met with the family, reviewed all changes, didn't make said changes, then billed again for conference call to repeat what was changed at in person meeting. His assistant is extremely rude and brash, takes no accountability, refers you back to attorney so they can charge more for the conversation previously had and correct their mistakes. We recommend go elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Marshall Oldman is a nice guy but a terrible attorney! In hindsight, I would have been better off without him handling my trust dispute case. In negotiating my case, he neglected to consider the possibility that the estate could possibly reduce in value and he neglected to inform me of the "true cost" of using a conservator so that I could make a more informed decision.

One of the most overrated probate attorneys in California who charges outrageous fees. Because of my experience with him, I would not recommend him for any legal problems you may have. Made many mistakes in my case that were just plain ignorant.

Do not hire this dirty witch! She has been on my probate case since 2015 when the court appointed a criminal Successor Trustee, Jeffey Siegel. She works along with her brother Nathan Talei. They are nothing but low down criminals. They wasted my mother's estate and allowed her to die in an abusive gaurdianship in Georgia. They are helping the court appointed Trustee Jeffrey Siegel to steal and waste my inheritance. Both of these lawyers should be in jail and deported back to their country after they do their time!
