Reviews for Marshal
Have you consulted or hired this lawyer?
Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Met with the family, reviewed all changes, didn't make said changes, then billed again for conference call to repeat what was changed at in person meeting. His assistant is extremely rude and brash, takes no accountability, refers you back to attorney so they can charge more for the conversation previously had and correct their mistakes. We recommend go elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated this way.
One of the most overrated probate attorneys in California who charges outrageous fees. Because of my experience with him, I would not recommend him for any legal problems you may have. Made many mistakes in my case that were just plain ignorant.
As a former client I urge you to NOT hire this firm. My cases were handled negligently, I was lied to, and they intentionally dragged out the cases to increase their billings. I can keep going. All of it bad for me and good for them. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. DO NOT THINK MARSHAL OLDMAN CARES ABOUT YOU. HE CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY. RUN!!!!!!! TRUST ME. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR THIS FIRM.
He did not show up for my deposition or my arbitration and I lost a lot of my money (in the settlement). He sent and attorney, she didn't even know my name and I did not know her at all. Never met her. And I paid $700 per hour just to get the shaft. Thank You, Marshal Oldham.
