Sarah Talei

Sarah Talei represented me in 2011- 2012 because a Senior Partner in her Firm passed me to her. Miss Talei did not inform me about the change of counsel. I gave the Senior Partner all of the important evidence showing Fraud in my Probate Matter. Miss Talei tried to convince me that a Stipulation Agreement that had no Enforceable Court Order and a Irrevocable Assignment of Benefits could not be litigated. Ms. Talei caused me to loose my Family Home. Ms. Talei is a terrible attorney!

Do not hire this dirty witch! She has been on my probate case since 2015 when the court appointed a criminal Successor Trustee, Jeffey Siegel. She works along with her brother Nathan Talei. They are nothing but low down criminals. They wasted my mother's estate and allowed her to die in an abusive gaurdianship in Georgia. They are helping the court appointed Trustee Jeffrey Siegel to steal and waste my inheritance. Both of these lawyers should be in jail and deported back to their country after they do their time!

Sarah unbonded 125k of my inheritance money I guess so it would not be traceable and when I asked for my 10% she told my trustee's office manager I have to wait until 2024 or 2025 I guess the law firm is taking the rest of my inheritance. I guess Sarah is attempting to bait me into filing a motion in Superior Court so that she can show me how tough she is...ok worst lawyer. Not to mention the this office's unprofessionalism the latin lady and the European lady with the over the top accent horrendous service . These Receptionist in office rude and unprofessional I have not ever met them in person but obviously I was talked about or my case was talked about in front of them that they felt comfortable enough to displayed this poor Behavior towards me. They felt the need to express their dislike to me as if they matter. Horrific customer experience do not recommend
